• Decentralized Storage: Glacier is integrating GlacierDB, its decentralized database layer, with Autonomys’ permanent distributed storage network (DSN) to enhance both projects’ decentralized data management capabilities. Pairing the programmable data composability of Glacier’s trustless AI data layer with the permanence of Autonomys’ mainnet DSN will allow users to easily store and access Glacier’s infrastructure for agents, models and datasets. GlacierDB is designed to handle complex datasets seamlessly, and excels with unstructured data types such as text, images and dense vector embeddings.
• Data Availability: Glacier Network is bringing GlacierDA, the modular data availability layer for AI3.0, to the Autonomys Network. As well as allowing for seamless and effortless large-scale data access, querying and retrieval on Autonomys, GlacierDA will enable data ownership for web3 users. Our integration will thus ensure the efficient and scalable handling of high-dimensional data, reinforcing the robustness of our collective decentralized data infrastructure.
